Testimonials

It has been a pleasure working with Tim and Matt and their father at Nichols Nursery / Mr Maple. They have always responded to every call I have made to them with integrity and with respect for me as a customer. I have purchased about 65 trees from them and I have had excellent plants from them that I enjoy every time I walk in my yard. I have bought from them for about five years and I would not go to anyone else for information about my trees or to purchase."

Reid

Great place to find rare and hard to find maples. I recently purchased a Michael Steinhardt trident maple from them and was extremely happy with the size and quality of the tree. As far as I know they are the only online source that carries this beautiful cultivar. First thing that impressed me was the shipment packaging. The tree was secure and undamaged upon arrival and it was very easy to open the box and take the tree out, no excessive taping or fastening. I've had it now for almost 2 months and it's thriving in my garden. I've been collecting maples for over ten years now. I have purchased from many different sources (online and local nurseries) and must say that Matt and Tim at Mr. Maple are, by far, two of the most knowledgeable and passionate maple enthusiasts I've come across in that time. They're always quick to answer questions and they're very friendly. Five star customer support and quality trees are what you will get when dealing with Mr. Maple!"

These two guys really know their stuff! Matt and Tim Nichols are 2 of the most educated people when talking about maples. I've been buying maples from them for the past 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Their mail order trees are packaged well, and delivered in healthy condition. If you get a chance, stop by the nursery and take in all the color. They have over 1000 cultivars to choose from as well as a few display gardens so you can see what each cultivar will look like in the landscape. Really nice guys to work with and excellent customer service! Thanks Matt and Tim for providing such an excellent product!"
